LOCATION OF TOUR
All tours will take place at Kickin' Back Alpaca Ranch, 734762 West Back Line, Markdale, ON, Canada. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your tour and be prepared to show your confirmation letter to staff if asked to do so.
The products and services sold through this website are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Your tour is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Your confirmation letter will be sent by email, please make sure your email address is accurate. We request that you carefully check the dates and times on your confirmation letter and to contact us immediately if these are not correct and we can correct it for you. Should you wish to make any changes to your tour including but not limited to changing the date, time, type of tour or number of guests to attend the tour please contact us by phone at 519-986-3758 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable
If the roads are closed or driving conditions are unsafe on the day of your tour and you contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled tour time you may reschedule your tour to a different day.
We can not be held responsible for guests showing up late for their tours. Guests that arrive late for their tour may have their tour shortened or cancelled completely so that the next tour can begin on time. If you are going to arrive late please call us at 519-986-3758 and we can confirm whether or not your tour will need to be shortened or cancelled depending on how late you are going to be and whether or not there is a tour scheduled after yours. There is no refund or credit for shortened or cancelled tours due to late arrival.
